Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time
Orders will be processed within 2‑5 business days after payment confirmation. Processing time does not include weekends or local holidays.

2. Shipping Method & Delivery Time
We ship goods from overseas warehouse. Standard shipping normally takes 7‑15 business days to United States addresses. Delivery time is an estimated value and cannot be 100% guaranteed, which may be affected by customs, logistics peak or bad weather.

3. Shipping Fee
Shipping cost will be displayed at checkout according to destination and product weight.

4. Customs & Duties
Buyers shall be responsible for possible import duties or customs fees generated in the destination country.

5. Shipping Exception
If the package shows delivered but you have not received it, please contact local courier first, then send us an email for assistance within 14 days. We are not responsible for lost packages caused by wrong address provided by customers.
